Elsie has a problem. She has a mystery she is bent on solving, a mystery that led her to run for her life down the streets of Navesink Bank until she found herself rescued by a sexy stranger.

Paine has a past. He’s done everything in his power to move on from it, to distance himself from the things he has done. But then one night he finds himself saving a woman whose naive dabbling in matters she doesn’t understand threatens to drag him right back into the world he had done unspeakable things to escape from in the first place…

* This is a stand-alone with an HEA, but features secondary characters from "Monster" and "Killer".

Savior edition by Jessica Gadziala Romance eBooks

Up until 4 days ago, I had never read a book by Jessica Gadziala. I’m so glad that I saw her name on a blog and decided to try one. Loving her books!

All of the books that I have read so far (6) intertwine with the others, even though they are from different series - I’m reading them a little out of order, but I read one and fall a little for one of the other characters and have to find his book and read it... however, I’m guessing that it would be better to read them in order. My way is working for me.

I am so loving Paine! So freaking alpha badass but so freaking sweet! Elsie is not a pushover, but she is Sweet and smart - most of the time. She does meet Paine during a not so smart time - so it’s worth it.

I started reading her books because the blog I read said her books were similar to Kristan Ashley - and that is somewhat true, however, these are a little darker with possible triggers. They are full of alpha badasses - as well as some seriously badass women. Really good books. Highly recommend.

Savior edition by Jessica Gadziala Romance eBooks Reviews

I enjoyed this one better than Killer, although I loved Shooter and was happy to get a bit more of him in this book. Paine was so appealing in his dark past and what he took from it. Elsie was brave and confident, definitely not one of those TSTL women, and I laughed as that was a thought in her head at one point. Good villains, good twists, had me fooled thinking it was a different character for a while and that is different from the previous books. Again, the Epilogues are amazing in future events and crossing in with the other books, excellent !
Love this author! This is my one of favorite books by her to date. Savior is about Paine and his lovely lady Elise. I absolutely love Paine he is a gentleman when he needs to be and all alpha when he wants to be. Paine is also a romantic, leaving her drawing every morning of what his day entails. How sweet is that?? I wonder what his boys would think?? He shows Elise that men raised by single moms with sisters is a man she wants to date. I loved their relationship. I loved the fact he just would show up and throw himself into her life. Elise is the opposite of "Rich Girl". She makes her own money, she hasn't touched her trust fund and she is just down to earth kinda of girl. Elise loves her family and friends with all her heart but she has an innocence about her when it comes to dangerous situations. She is faced with some scary moments but she uses her head. Elise and Paine deserve their HEA. We get Breaker, Alex, Amelia and Shooter appearances and of course Shooter is charming as usual. This is another fun loving story by Jessica Gadziala.
Savior is the third book to be released in the Savages series. It's a standalone story with character appearances from the first two books, Monster and Killer. All three of these books are good.

This is Paine's story. He's a hot sexy tattoo artist who several years prior was in charge of the Third Street Gang. That life is behind him now and he has no intention of ever interacting with those people again. He plans on only moving forward and not looking back.

Elsie is beautiful. She's from a very wealthy family and knows nothing about the street gangs or their side of town. When she finds herself is a dangerous situation, Paine is the one who saves her. He intimidates Elsie on one hand, yet on the other, she wants to throw him down and jump him. To keep her safe, Paine may have to do the thing he swore he'd never do again.

I loved both Paine's and Elsie's characters. They are both head strong and gorgeous and so perfect for each other. Paine has that macho talk thing down, "maybe you're a good girl, but I'm pretty sure I can make you bad for the night". That was the most tame quote I could find cause the man had me grinning and swooning every time he spoke. Elsie was feisty and could handle her own, yet a couple of words or kisses from Paine and she'd melt right in his arms.

Most of this story was told from Elsie's POV but we get some chapters from Paine too. You'll love the characters and find yourself smiling with the ending we get. I'm a really big fan of Kristen Ashley and in a way, these books remind me a little of her writing. You know, the hot men who are all friends who each end up with great women who are there for each other. I loved it. What can I say ... just read it.
I really enjoyed this third and final installment of the Savages series.
It grabbed me from the first paragraph (it didn't hurt that I just finished running a half marathon and the heroine is talking about running charity 5ks lol) and didn't let go.

The story was good, I loved getting Paine's background finally and it was a good one. Our heroine also had a family dynamic this time around which we didn't really have in the previous two books unless you count the absences of.

Steamy sex in this one was off the charts too. I think more so than the first two. I don't know if it was just because of the kind of sex but these two really connect and had hot sex jumping off the page making the reader with they could trade places with one of the characters. ;)

One of the things I really appreciated was that Jessica Gadziala did NOT over indulge like she often does with characters from other series/books.

My only issue, and it's not really the book's fault or author's fault was that I had a hard time picturing what Paine looked like. With the big guild and tattoos I wanted to picture The Rock but he's too silly/goofy and Paine is soooo not SNL silly/goofy. So I never had a good image in my head of our hero but that only really took away from the story when I focused on it too much.

One of my favorite things about this was the third part of the epilogue that sort of recounted where all three of of these couples were a few years down the road.
